To strengthen our US support team, we are looking for you as
SERVICE TECHNICIAN USA
Your responsibility:
• Maintenance and repair of our equipment at customer site
• Installation and full acceptance runs of our equipment
• Training of customers on our equipment
• Deployment of upgrades and retrofits for existing installed base
• Deploy improvements of production process with our customers
• Partial support on the hotline phone support
Your Profile:
• Good knowledge in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or electronics
• Knowledge in machine control systems and control software beneficial
• SMT Industry knowledge beneficial, but not mandatory
• English in spoken and written; other languages are an advantage
• High customer centricity and service orientated mindset
• Good communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
