Your contribution

• Worldwide commissioning and maintenance of our systems for customers
• Error analysis and support on the systems
• Analyses and process optimization at our headquarters and at the customer's site
• Training at customers' and agencies' premises and in our demo centre
• Installation of upgrades and retrofits on systems worldwide
• Support as a remote diagnostician on the support hotline
• Technical sales support

Your skills and talents

• Basic education in mechatronics, automation or robotics; Ideally a higher degree
• Written and spoken German and English; other languages an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Good communication skills, high social competence
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working, organizational skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally approx. 50-75 %
